TCGwrap is a free tool with no accounts and no login. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal details, and we don't run analytics or advertising. Here's exactly what happens with data when you use the site.
What we collect
Nothing personal. There is no sign-up, no profile, no contact form that stores data, and no tracking or analytics scripts. We do not build a profile of you.
What stays in your browser
To make the tool work, we save a few things in your browser's local storage — this never leaves your device and we can't see it:
- The deck you're building and its name
- Your format/filter preferences
- A local card index and recent search results (so the app is fast)
- The daily currency rate and meta-deck list (cached to avoid re-downloading)
You can clear all of it any time via your browser's "clear site data", or by clearing the deck in the app.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no consent banner because there's nothing to consent to. The only storage we use is the functional local storage described above, which is strictly necessary for the features you asked for.
Third-party services
When you use TCGwrap, your browser talks directly to these services to fetch card data, images, prices and tournament decklists. As with any website request, they can see your IP address and standard request info. We don't send them anything about you beyond the request itself:
- pokemontcg.io — card data
- Scrydex — card images
- Limitless TCG — tournament decklists
- Cardmarket & TCGplayer — price links (only when you click them)
- Google Fonts — the site's fonts
Please refer to their own privacy policies for how they handle requests.
Children
TCGwrap doesn't collect data from anyone, including children. It's a card-game utility, safe for all ages.
Changes
If this ever changes — for example if we add coaching bookings or analytics — we'll update this page and, where required, ask for consent first.
