Terms of Service

Plain version: TCGwrap is a free fan project. Don't be a jerk, don't try to break it, and don't count on it never losing your decks. The rest is the same thing in more careful words.
The service
TCGwrap is a free, unofficial, fan-made deck-building tool for the physical Pokémon TCG. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Coaching sessions are not on sale yet. When they are, we'll update these terms with the booking, payment and consumer-rights terms that come with charging money.
Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to create an account. The deck builder itself needs no account and is fine for any age.
- During closed beta, registration requires an invite code.
- One person, one account, during beta.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else got in.
Acceptable use
- No offensive, hateful or misleading usernames, deck names or shared content.
- No abusing, overloading, scraping or reverse-engineering the service.
- Don't use the invite system to resell access.
Your content
Decks you build are yours. When you share one publicly or inside a group, you give us permission to show it to the people it's shared with, and nothing more: we don't sell it, license it on, or claim it as ours. Unshare or delete it whenever you like.
Moderation
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious or repeated abuse ends the account.
No warranty, and the honest bit about your data
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime and no guarantee against data loss. This is a fan project run by one person, not a company with a support desk. Export your decks if they matter to you. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from using the service. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Portuguese or EU consumer law.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, no questions asked. We may discontinue the service, and if we do, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your decks first.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the site grows, and flag significant changes on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
